NutR33
To make an Rb27 out of an Rb25 you use the RB26 crank, rods and pistons with an overbore of 1mm. The rb25 and 26 rods are the same size (length and bearings) but the 26 ones are thicker and stronger. The main thing you need to make sure is to use 26 pistons (shorter pin to deck height) due to the longer stroke of the 26 crank. its nothing new realy, been done heaps of times before. Cheers NutR33 Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/288407-rb27-info-needed/#findComment-4832426 Share on other sites
adznight
You'd be much better off looking for this info in the forced induction performance forum. Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/288407-rb27-info-needed/#findComment-4837351 Share on other sites
