Although I can see why you want to contest it, Morally its right to contest, honestly, the more we roll over and let them do this and get away with it, the more they do it. Unfortunately its such an uphill battle for $84 you gotta ask yourself.. It's a fog light, it is illegal for it to be on during certain conditions, he was given a fine. What are cops supposedly getting away with?
