Now I got no idea... is it as simple as just pushing it back in some how or should I take it to my mechanic ? or is there a bigger problem at hand... and is it safe to drive?

Nah mine has that too, just take your wheel nuts off, remove the wheel, and re-centre it and tighten everything back up. Happened to me twice when I was in the process of replacing a shock absorber. One wheel nut was just not quite tight enough, and the wheel would kind of vibrate on an angle if that makes sense.

wobbling noise could also be the sign of a wheel bearing on it's way out, or your brake pads getting low (if they have a wear tab on them that is designed to make a rubbing noise once the pad gets low so you know you need new pads)
