Found the details mate

"We are unable to make carbon fibre bonnets only fibreglass we can make the bonnet you showed on the picture but it will be a custom one which means a little extra in the price it would be $990 to make in fibreglass maybe you can get someone to carbon fibre overlay it ? Our bonnets weigh less than a standard metal bonnet they weigh about 12-13 kg your metal bonnet weighs around 18-20 so a slight weight reduction . They take around 4-5 working days to make up plus the customising of the vents and a deposit is required of $100 on ordering of the bonnet I also need the vin number and rego of the car the bonnet is going on for the registering of the bonnet to the vehicle for street legal certification"

Email: [email protected]

I spoke to Wendy, so just shoot through an email to the above address with a photo of the bonnet and let her know what type of car its for and she'll let you know if they have them or would need to do a custom job like what I was after.

Cheers mate, good luck with it

do not forget that full cf is illegal as far as street driving goes, obviously does cost a pretty penny, and cannot be adr approved

the place listed can custom make what you are after

and get it adr approved meaning no cop hassle

This is debateable. However, no carbon fiber bonnet should be legal or ADR approved. The reason of them being not illegal is simple, if you have a car accident, the's front end would smash right through the front and flames would burn through CF much quicker than metal could - so it's a safety issue. So, technically speaking, no CF bonnet is legal unless it is wrapped over metal. Please correct me if I am wrong.

sounds about right but i dont know if the same laws would apply in NSW , some things you would think maybe detectable are not and visa versa now days even

BOV's come along with a fine and loss of points from what ive heard but wheel spacers are legal , about to change to illegal also from what i heard. I know going on past experience ive never had trouble law wise but then again we talking 10 years ago and there wasnt to many CF products out there on the market.

That is basically what i said, so holding out and spending his money on a CF bonnet for street use could quite possibly cause him more trouble than its worth when he can get a bonnet custom made in FRP for the same price but it would be adr approved.

If the OP was after the cf look, then a cf wrap with vinyl isn't hard to do for a few hundred more (yes its expensive) but its either that to be legal, or go illegal to get real carbon

    • You can use your VIN to look up the factory part number somewhere like amayama, and then look to order new if necessary. https://www.amayama.com/en/genuine-catalogs/nissan Depending on price you might want to rebuild instead. @GTSBoy I had an interesting insight into US market parts when the Titan rear calipers were sticking. New calipers were dirt cheap, about 20% more than a rebuild kit....they are just considered throw away maintenance items

    • Lots of votes for driving onto a plank first; that is the quickest way I've found, 25mm is enough for my case but that will vary by car It also depends where you are going for. On the 32 I can get to the rear diff with my floor jack if I do that end first, and get it up on stands. Then I lift the front from either front tow hook as high as needed, also onto stands. Sometimes I need a small lift on the other tow hook to get it level enough If I do the front first I can't get to the rear diff because of the angle of the car Other options are getting to the front mount of the rear subframe from in front of the wheel (if only lifting one side, or just do both which is a bit of a pain compared to one lift from the diff), or also the gearbox cross member mount on the driver's side if you are  just trying to lift the driver's side. I This is the jack I use; it says 75mm clearance but of course that is only on the lower section so if you have to reach too far in like the diff you still get stuck. https://www.snapon-bluepoint.com.sg/category/Floor-Jacks/product/Floor-Jack,-2-Ton-Low-Profile

    • Ok so i will NEED to have this sensor anyway even with Nistune (or standalone ECU) https://justjap.com/products/genuine-nissan-boost-pressure-sensor-evap-control-system-fits-nissan-r34-skyline-c34-nm35-stagea-pnt30-x-trail-rb25det-vq25det-sr20vet?currency=AUD&srsltid=AfmBOoqfxX48bW9bEwH62orcNhtBfp7ekAL0C9Ca89ySFGUiBzXfXeze Is this the correct one? And this is only thing i need? No other "things" connected to the sensor or something? I do have the wiring.
