Wheel Bearing Stuffd

hey guys need some advices. got all this green grease all around the inside of one of my wheel. its on the breaks and everywhere around there. gotta a feelling the wheel bearing seal has gone. does anyone know what i need to buy to fix this. and from where. thanks

sounds like a split CV boot- driveline shop will replace it.
