hey, got a rb26dett and was thinking about putting a single turbo on. Im looking at around the 350RWHP mark. The motor is stock but has power fc, fuel pump and exhaust upgrade. Dont want anything to laggy either.

I believe the standard twins with raised boost should get you some where around there and be very responive.

factory turbo's will do that, well, about 340-360.

If you wanted a single turbo - GT3071, would make boost super early and make 260-270rwkw

Forget the idea of a 3071 on a 26. Just boost up the stock turbos for now. No point changing all that shit if your just going to get the same power. Im sure ash can direct you to an easy set of responsive twins to make 300rwkw.

Boosting the stock twins wont last too long. Get yourself a set of good secondhand 33 or 34 N1's, or re-build/high flow the stock turbo's with steel rear wheels at least.

Yeh not a bad idea at all. Some 34 N1 steel wheeled twins would go down nicely Im fairly sure there was a guy in the for sale section not long ago trying to sell some to fund a holiday. Fingers crossed he isn't on holidays just yet.
