Replacing Intercooler Piping

hey guys, need some help with the piping on my intercooler.

basically one pipe has rusted due to it being cheap ass metal so looks really lop sided.

was thinking of powder coating both pipes black.

has anyone done anything like this before and if they have where?

also was thinking of doing the core black as well but dont think poowdercoat is the best option?

any suggestions?

For the money why not just invest in a better kit?

Anyways I have never seen it done but it would be fairly simple to do yes.

Sand the rust off then paint, easy

I don't like the idea of rust or paint going through the engine.

I would get an alloy pipe to replace it.
