Which Oil Should I Use?

I own an R33 series 1 gtst and don't have any service records of when/if gearbox and diff oil has been changed so I wish to do this. The car has just clocked over 90,000kms, isn't tracked or thrashed and doesnt have any mechanical problems with it to the best of my knowledge.

Which oil will be best for this? I don't care about spending a bit to get top quality products as it won't be changed for another 50,000kms, and what are some good sites that sell them online? None of my local shops have not been very helpful and dont stock much except $9 gulf western oil
