Won't boost....

Hi all

Ok here is my little dilema....

I have an R32 with a GTR plenum, intake manifold..

if I start driving my car it pulls hard all day everyday... however if I go on a freeway or something and put my foot down it won't boost, the turbo spools and my boost gauge says it is hitting 1 bar but all I hear is the turbo spooling and intake screaming but I am not going anywhere.

After I pull off freeway it still happens until I turn my car off leave it for 20 seconds turn it on and all goes back to normal..

any ideas? I am think it has something to do with my ECU but why does it re-set after I turn car off?
