Hey guys im looking for a full brake set up (calipers rotors and pads) that will fit an S1 rs4.

not looking for anything huge basically a good condition stock set up would be fine so if you've upgraded to better please let me know.

preferably pick up in adelaide would be best

i'm pretty sure a mate has some r33 calipers for sale, get yourself some slotted rotors and you'll stop no worries. standard stagea brakes are TERRIBLE lol

pm me if you're interested and i'll get a price. i think he was after about 350 if memory serves me though

really think its worth it going to the r33 calipers over standard? i mean ive found the brakes fine in the past (havent hit anything yet) and they werent in the best condition then so just wondering if it is worth the cost

if it were my car/money i would (when something breaks, it's a good excuse to upgrade.. right? haha) but unfortunately he's sold the ones he had for sale. not like they are hard to find though :P

I will have a set of S1 calipers and rotors for sale within 1.5 - 2 weeks, in Adelaide, if you are interested. Front rotors and pads are new as of 4000kms ago, rears unknown. PM me in you are keen :)

      Unsolicited advice? Keep the engine as close to stock as you can. Nothing wrong with adding some boost and making a little more power, but given where you are, you really don't want to try to make it into a monster. I can't imagine the roads are up to it, and the lack of locla support when it grenades will be a ball ache. FWIW, If there is a dyno around that you can access, then brand new injectors are a good idea, which will lead you to (at least) putting a Nistune in it, which will allow you to put an R35 AFM on it, all of which will make it possible to make it much much nicer to drive and live with.

      List all of your mods. It sounds like an aftermarket ECU hitting rev limiter. Like a valet mode, or a cold rpm limiter?

      @Kapr Haha yeah thats the one. I missed that you had a built up engine, I wouldn't want to run it on there either then. It was good in my situation just to replace the original turbo on a stock engine. @MBS206Yep definitely not a replacement for anything name brand

      You are selling this? I have never bought something from marketplace...i dont know if i trust that enough. And the price is little bit "too" good...
