Just wanted to see if anyone knows if the US vortech kits will fit on our right hand drive v35's? And if so anyone know of any sydney based workshops that have installed them.

The part number they are selling over there is exactly the same part number as the ones capa are selling for the 350z. Ive emailed capa but still waiting on a reply. Just a bit concerned about the intercooler and intake piping matching.

I will be just getting the tuner kit and supplying my own fuel upgrades and engine management so tuning shouldnt be an issue as on the vortech website it just states for international buyers the kit may require custom tuning.

Appreciate any input.

Cheers

I'm guessing it would fit. But best wait until you get a reply from "capa"

just make sure that the vortech kit is complete and made for your engine spec (S1 or s2)...

When I was in Dubai, I almost bought my friend's kit and did list it for sale on this forum with no bites. I eventually gave up on buying it off my friend as I didn't know of any workshop that could do the install and obtain relevant approval...spewing now, should have done it!

good luck with ur supercharging fun....

I remember when I reading back through one of the Zed forums, there was a post with heaps of info. It said you can fit the kit onto a V35 but it's not a completely direct bolt-in, some modifications are required either on the frame or with the piping, I don't remember which. There is also a big difference in the frame between VQ35DE and Rev.Up motors, so make sure you buy the right kit for your engine.
