get the water out, put some sealer around the join (silastic) use plastic polish on the lights, they come up really well

If you need to clean the inside of the lights,to do that you need to take the lights out, pull everything out(bulb ,connectors),warm your oven to @ 80Degrees ,put your light inside it on top of a piece of COTTON material (don't use sintetic and don't put it directly on top of the grill) until they are warm (you can touch it without burning your hand) and try to pull it apart now that the glue is soft; if it doesn't work don't force and give it a couple of min.more (better to try from time to time than cooking and melt your lights) .

Once you got them apart give them a good clean up and stick them together again...

For the outside I clean mine with 303 space protectant (sounds funny but it works) it says it's like spf 40 for plastics or if serious use Meguiars Plastic X or Mother plastic polish after ,(to polish a friend's lights I made an attachment to polish using a cordless drill I used a plastic foot from a table around 50mm.diam. and covered in 6 mm. foam attached to the foot witha rubber band),use less than 1800 RPM you can see the speed at the side of the drill)and then polished it with 303..or if they are really bad use cutting compoud first or you can use wet & dry sanding paper but it's to drastic for me (never needed)...

Or if you are around narre warren I can give you a hand if you need it...

  • 2 weeks later...

Talking bout headlights.

I bought an R30 last year and drove it at night for the first time on Saturday. The heads are twice as good as the Stagea's, and there 26 years old. WTF. I need an upgrade.
