Well I finally got the Stag going properly.

The problem was so simple. Signal hose toBOV was blocked solid by a Zip Tie.

You are right Adam. Also my son brought up a manual boost control so I can keep it 10/11 which the stock turbo should handle for a while. Tubing is a bit messy ATM. Will tidy it up and post some pics soon.

I have a plazmaman sitting around waiting to swap out my chinese greddy, I don't suppose anyone else has had plazmaman experience?
