Ok got the report on my suspension today,

Front struts on bump stops

upper links, on one side it has shifted so it's farked one bush but on the opposite side it got a huge gap.

Caster arm bushes worn

Tie rod end's have play

I’ve decided on tein supper street with edf

And going ADJ camber arms and ADJ caster rods.

Just wona know what brands would be good to use and also how long would it take to remove the hicas fully (inc pipes) i have done some searching but not what I’m after.

Also putting on front sway bar.

Unique Autosports pivoting front upper camber arms are the ducks guts but around $595.

I believe castor arms are much of a muchness, would just lean toward something with a dust boot...

Can't help you with ideas on how long it will take to remove HICAS.

Done mine while the engine was out so getting the pipes & main solenoid out were a breeze.

Wouldn't think it would take too long, will just be fiddly.

Depends how good you are at swinging a spanner I suppose...
