FLO
I think my GTr is in some kind of limp mode won't rev over 2500. Runs sweet up to 2500 rpm an then hit like a limeter . Has standared ECU, disconected air flow meters runs the same(sweet until 2500 RPM) Help Skyline Gods!!!!!!!! BOB18U
im no expert on gtr's or anything but airflow meters are there to help the ecu run the car properly try connecting them back up and see what happens Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/32771-limp-mode-in-gtr-wont-rev-over-2500-rpm/#findComment-657501 Share on other sites
heno
also check that the boost sensor has disconected from itself. they will only run on limp home mode if something has happened to a sensor Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/32771-limp-mode-in-gtr-wont-rev-over-2500-rpm/#findComment-657504 Share on other sites

Merli
I agree with the others... Sounds like AFMs aren't working properly.... Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/32771-limp-mode-in-gtr-wont-rev-over-2500-rpm/#findComment-657708 Share on other sites
Blitz
Exactly the same problem I had when i disconnected the AFM's on my GTR. Forgot to hook one back up and it caused the car to run in limp home mode. Checked it, plugged back in and the problem was fixed. FLO
Thanks guys i'm on to it .ECU fault codes tell me there is air flow meter fault on front meter.Swaped meters still same prob .Must be a hard wire fault. Plug maybe? Sounds like these things go into a limp mode once they have a fault accured 2500 rev limit.
