EXCELLENT CONDITION, PRICED TO SELL, NOTHING TO SPEND!

To organise an inspection, email or call me on: 0414983496

I'm located near Hornsby, Sydney NSW. Inspection any time

Send me some offers! i am after around $9.5k but will consider any reasonable offer or mayb swapping for a nice turbo car with power!

Up for sale is my series II vt commodore berlina wagon. In the 3.5 years I have owned it i have only done 30 000km and has 218k on the clock now. It has had a very easy life and has been really well looked after and always professionally serviced by reputable workshops. I bought it completely stock so all modifications have been purchased by me and to a very high standard. Being a Berlina it has electronic climate control, electric seats/windows/mirrors and berlina seats/upholstery. I am selling it because i am looking for a turbo powered car (180, s13, s14, r33 gts-t). The car has never missed a beat and the paint, body, interior, engine and transmission are great.

Some minor modifications include:

-Full hurricane exhaust system (headers all the way to SS tip with high flow cat, 2.5inch) professionally installed. Sounds great (has a really throaty note) and quiet when cruising.

-King springs super lows all round (lowered 2.5 inches) with new KYB shocks installed by wholesale suspension in Penrith. Guards also rolled by them with a camber adjustment kit and nolothane bushes all round. Car is really responsive and handles better than most other cars and doesn't bottom out. No squeaks or rattles.

-VY Clubsport body kit professionally installed by Sydney Special vehicles painted to match the car with metallic black highlights. No gaps or bits hanging off, it looks like it came from the factory like that. One of the best looking kits you can get for a commodore and it really sets this car apart from the others.

-20 inch Zanetti Kaotic rims black with chrome lip, tyres have done less than 500km

-Sound system installed by FHRX in Sydney with pioneer head unit (slide down face), Morel Splits in the front, Audison amp, Digital Designs 12 inch sub in the back, Dynamat and large gauge wiring used. Very high quality sound system and sounds great in the car. Sound deadening works great for improving sound quality and reducing road noise. The DD sub works great even in such a large car and you will be surprised at how much bass gets pumped out.

-LED rear tail lights and projector front headlights all with black background.

-Interior is all orginal berlina with no rips or tears in it. Very clean and tidy. Electric seats all work as well as all the other electric systems in the car. Air con is icy cold in summer and nice and warm in winter. The dash is perfect with no cracks and get armour all'ed regularly.

-ABS, drivers airbag, passenger airbag, side impact airbags, tint.

It has been a great car, real head turner and sounds great. Engine and transmission are smooth/clean and there is plenty of room in the back to carry anything or sleep in as the sub and amp can be removed and seats folded down. There is also a cover for the rear section that slides over everything to hide it. Great for long trips too as it has cruise control.

This is the perfect car for summer coming up as beach trips are a dream. plenty of room to put everything in the back and cruise down to the beach. very easy and comfortable to drive and to be a passenger in!

As i mentioned earlier i am selling it to buy a turbo car. Well looked after and serviced professionally on time and will be missed. First to see will buy! Priced to sell!

    • Hope you aren't too sore after that one, might take a day or 2 to notice yet and I guess it is a loooooong drive home. On the bright side, tube frame front end is a thing at superlap, right?

    • The chart of front pressure to rear pressure (with one being on the x axis and the other being on the y axis) is not a straight line on a typical proportioning valve. At lower pressures there is a straight line with one slope, and at higher pressures that changes to a lower slope. That creates a bend in the line at that pressure, called the knee point. If you do not change the proportionng as the pressure gets higher, you will suffer excessive pressure (at one end of the car or the other, depending on which way you look at the proportioning action) and then get lockups at that end. The HFM BM57, from my memory of previous discussions, is based on the BM57 from a different car (to a Skyline), with a different requirement for the location of the knee point and the distribution of pressure front to rear, and so is not a good choice for an upgrade on a Skyline. Here's a couple of links to some old posts, one from here, one from elsewhere. A lot of it pertains to adjustable prop valves, but the idea is the same. There are plenty of discussions on here about this issue from al the many years of people wanting a cheap/accessible option. https://grassrootsmotorsports.com/forum/grm/learn-me-brake-proportioning-valves/236880/page1/ https://grassrootsmotorsports.com/forum/grm/learn-me-brake-proportioning-valves/236880/page1/
    • Yeah dunno why johhny posted that here with no context, just post on FB/insta bro where he put it up?  Laine had an off at T4 during Thurs prac, he's ok, car is less than perfect, they are done for the weekend, he can fill in the rest. Bando also binned it like 100m up the road.
    • I feel there must have been a FB/insta post and the weekend did not start well at all I hope everyone is all okay
