  4. absolutely perfect H4x thanks a lot! Found the diagram and the info and a whole manual as an extra on top. i have the broken belt so i can just bring that with me. The pulley i was worried about is just an idler pulley for tensioning so thats good. should be easy to replace when i put in an alloy rad. Cheers tom
  5. yeah had a quick look but mine is in a s13 silvia and there is no way i can fit my hand down the front of the motor as there is no room, barely enough to see all the belts and pulleys in front. a simple front on diagram would be handy!
  6. i am also interested. My A/C belt broke i and i would like to know if anything important was using the same belt. cheers
  7. how many killawasps was this setup putting out? pretty interested
  8. aren't JECS the brand of the standard injectors? Wouldn't those just be high flowed standard injectors?
  9. the hiss, puff of smoke and engine dieing are all due to the intercooler pipe coming off. it happened to me when i installed my intercooler. i think the engine dies because the same volume of air is no longer going to the engine and that stuffs up the mixtures. I dont think it would have done any damage as it would mean less air being forced into the engine and thus too much fuel just making it sort of foul? im not too sure but i checked all my connections and after that everything was fine. In regards to your boost, did you notice any change? I didnt on mine, maybe you have another leak somewhere. cheers
  10. boost controller kit sold? is it a simple pug and play installation?
  11. if u have an ignitor module then u have a series one which means u need a green sticker afm. the ignitor module is mounted towards the firewall ontop of the plug cover
  12. i need to get this bad boy out so im hanging out for the dent day with mattymagoo lol. it may be too much of a grand canyon though...
  13. what is happening about this dent day (info)? im still very keen haha. cheers
  14. oh ok, ill have a look at the MC. Yeah they are not too hard to find and fairly cheap to buy. cheers
  15. ok thanks, i will try that first, seems like an involved process from reading through the guide haha. is it possible it could be anything like the clutch plate sticking to the flywheel? what is the box on the right side/underside of the gearbox. there seems to be a small amount of residue coming from it and it has a couple of hard lines running to it. thnx for the help
  16. Hey guys, long time reader here and now i have a problem. i have an rb25det with an rb25 gearbox in my silvia and i have noticed that sometimes after hard acceleration then backing off, my clutch pedal stays down. When the pedal is "on the ground" the clutch does not engage so the car is in gear and driving normally. However, if i lift the pedal back up with my foot it stays up and works fine. When the pedal does drop i can still change gear but the friction point is nearly at the firewall but when i lift the pedal back up it comes back to normal. sometimes after the car has been sitting for a while and i go to drive it i find the pedal is on the floor before i start the car. other times its fine. the master cylinder if full with fluid. any help will be greatly appreciated. cheers
  17. heres mine. i have a manual boost controller though but the two lines that go to my manual boost controller will just be moved to your standard solenoid. my standard one is still there anyway and you can see the nipple i added to the cold pipe.
  18. u might get some boost spiking with it plumbed like that. best thing to do is drill a hole in that silver intercooler piping and get a nipple welded or sealed onto there.
  19. will u do mine for a case of beer lol
  20. still need some info on where to take my diff to get it shimmed or welded plz ;p. in syd area. would prefer a place that has done it before not any old diff place
  21. does any1 know a place in syd that "shims" diffs? i can take it off but i would not be confidant in taking it apart. how much roughly would it cost?
  22. awesome, thanks for that. i think the best option and cheapest would be to shim it up and see how it goes. ive seen the tutorial but is there any difference between a s13 r200 and a skyline r200 diff besides the number of bolts in the driveshafts?
