its clearly an ev1/rackshack routing problem. submit a ticket! I'm sure it'll get fixed in due time though.

Trace route is not a means to an end, the firewall running can easily match what people have listed above by blocking certain icmp traffic...

i think ev1 will throw it back as 'not their problem', and it will correct itself when the routing tables are updated...
