ah k would the 26 box be much more work than the 25 to put in? arent the 26 boxs for awd as thats what the gtrs are? correct me if im wrong. how would that affect the conversion? how much you asking and what does it come with?

yes, more work to put a 26 box in, you have to cut off the transfer case and get a plate to cover the hole.

If you cant do it yourself or dont know anyone i cant see it being overly cheaper (depending on cost of box)

depending on series of 26 box you might need a clutch, i think youd be buying r32 box if any though

25 Box you just need the yolk and starter motor,cross member?and then there is the speedo drive??

do a search,have a read, dont give up on searching after 1 or 2 trys.. we shouldnt have to do the searching for you...
