need one of two things if you can - Chassis number (prefer BCNR32) or a part number for the front bumper reo. I *THINK* mine (HNR32) is different and i need a GTR one for what I intend to do.

mine has been notched in a few spots and for me its notched enough to make it into the scrap metal bin.

anyone help?

Spilmer,

looked it up $500+ shipped out here ex japan. didnt bother to ring locally figured that would scare me.

that said the front bumper is $550 ex MLB. I will do that one as most of the traders here want that for the used ones.

RBNT,

thats what I'm trying to work out. I went digging through my invoices and pulled two cars from there. both tell me that the part numbers differ.

yep - paint on top. that part of the equatin is taken care of by the panel guy when I get it to that point.

I'm organising new bits/pieces (lots!) first.

A new front bar is just a cover only so there's no lip, mesh, clips Ect that add up. The cooler uses the bov recirc pipe and two brackets with rubber mounts that attach to the front chassis rails and the top mounts are a separate part that attaches to the rheo.

yep looking at the blowup of it there area a few extra bits I'll need. the BOV and the like I'll put in the stock spot. aware of the parts cost. part of the reason I want to find a S/H GTR cooler.

Ive the workshop manual on stick somewhere, been trying to dig it up all arvo mang.

if it is a proper PDF I'm interested. I have the scanned one already.

    • Oh, also, forgot to add these photos I believe.
    • Thought i'd update on this. I was able to get in contact with Craig Lieberman and later on Darryl Alison (owner of Kaizo Industries). Darryl was able to help me verify that my car was in fact one of theirs and is helping me find more info on mine !
    • There's restrictor pills in the stock boost control hoses. That's how they set the amount that was bled off and hence the "high" boost setting. The usual mod in the day was to remove it and send the "high" boost setting up to about 14 psi.
    • Thanks Duncan, that's the best info I've read. Furthermore after learning about the PCM programming side controlling the factory boost solenoid, the purpose of the solenoid is to "bleed" boost when pin 25 is earthed, thus allowing spring pressure in the wastegate actuator to overcome diaphragm boost pressure, thus closing or reducing the position of the wastegate flap creating more boost as the turbo is able to spin faster. It's pretty cool to see a designated Pill to do exactly this, would have liked to have seen it with a tiny filter over the end for those moments in vacuum.  The constant bleed pill has now been removed completely from the system and solenoid boost control has been restored once again.   Case closed 😂
    • The wideband reading is meaningless if it's not running. Why are you using shitty old sidefeeds on any engine, let alone a Neo? What manifold and fuel rail are you using to achieve that? Beyond that, can't help you with AEM stuff as I've never been their ECU/CAS combo.
