Help My Skyline Wont Boost Properly

after a launch at the lights a month ago my 32 gtst rb20 is fuel cutting right when i start to get half boost. it was set at 12 psi now the guage will read 15 psi. i can hear air escaping from somewhere and a big gushing noise when the blow off valve goes off (a secondary relief) 1st and 2nd gear it cuts at 5000rpm 3rd 4th 5th it cuts at 4000-4,5000rpm depending on load

check that all the intake pipes are tight. the air flow meter can get confused and cause it to bog down when theres too much air flowing through it.
