Hey guys, Ive been getting some drive line noise recently so i thought i would check some things out and i was told to check my mounts out and i found the passanger side engine mount is rooted, the mount on the engine isnt even attached to the rubber on the cross member.. I jacked the side of the engine up and i could fit a finger between the gap... But the car drives alright i do get a thud on gearchanges and vibrations at low rpm's... I took a picture of the shifter fron in side the car..to me it looks way out? any 1 sen this before?

I'd say you've answered your own question there. :)

Replace the Engine mounts, and check the gearbox mounts while you're there, if you've been driving around with a broken engine mount, you may have damaged the gearbox mounts also.

Maybe check out the Nismo mounts; a harder duro rubber, up for a bit more punishment.
