R33 Boost Cut Problems Help!

Hey guys im new to the forums i have a rb25det r33 that boost cuts at as little as 3 psi, at first i had redone all the plugs,gaped at 0.8, tested coils ect , same problem , put onto dianostics and the afm was maxing out , hitting 4.7amps at 5000rpm with no boost , i was told it may have a NA airflow meter installed , changed that with a knowen good afm and still no different, its running very rich, i also changed the ecu and same problem was there, acc valve has been replaced also and all vacum lines , and everything is still standed,i have run out of all ideas, step up valve also needs reseting but it should still run boost , factory boost solnoid is not hooked up , boost acuator is hooked up to fmic piping , also have ibc but not hooked up to adjust boost, only mods are fmic and 3" hks exsaust, hks turbo timer, hks pod filter and gizmo ibc, any help would be much appreacited

if you are maxing the AFM with no boost at 5000rpm then there is 1 of the following things happening:

1: you have a massive leak in the intercooler pipes

2: you have a wiring issue (either a wire is shorting out or someone has played around with the wiring and wired it up incorrectly).

what is actually happening when the car is cutting out? is it just misfiring or is it totally cutting out?
