im looking at buying a r32 gtst with rb26 in it. it is in the for sale forum.

he is telling me it has a rb30 gearbox with gtr internals and a standard gtr cluch. is this a bad combo weak etc. im wanting to mack track car and got stumped on this will it be best to swap to a 25 box

  Or shift gently. While the risk goes up as the power/torque does, not everyone breaks gearboxes.

  Yes, I know🙄 but the sequential is not in my budget... don't want to reduce power neither, so looks like I'm stuck in the rabbit hole🤣
