Whats A Suitable Online Editor?

Hey guys,

Im a complete noob when it comes to picture and photo editing, my searching of the forum always refered to a photoshop program of some sort so thats didnt help.

I have seen some good online picture editing sites, but I couldnt find one that did what i needed it to.

Basically i need to be able to mirror the image, layer part of another image ontop of it, be able to rotate the layered image to certain degree's rather than 90 or 180, and ideally be able to stretch and reshape the entire image.

So my question is, is this possible with an online editor?, and which one?

Or do i simply need photoshop lol

Picnik is an accomplished apparatus for alteration photos, abnormally if they are already online. This is because Picnik can acceptation photos from accepted photo hosting sites, including Flickr, Photobucket, Picasa and the one and alone Facebook.

Soon after making this thread i actually worked out how to properly use "microsoft office picture manager"

Nobody had replied to it so i left it haha
