Hey, I just got a few things for sale to help fund my next round of mods

I'm located in S.E VIC so pick-up is fine and I'm also happy to meet buyers somewhere. I'm also more than happy to post so hit me up for postage costs for the parts you're interested in :)

I'm not at home at the moment but can/will post pics up or happy to send photos to emails and mobiles.

1:

- RB26 head out of a R33 GTR

- Head is in excellent condition, a little dirty but an acid bath would have it gleaming and brand new again

- Dismantled from the block which had 65,xxx kms

- Inlet side has been port matched, light polish and burrs removed

- Valve springs, retainers, head studs etc. all included

- No cams or valves

- Polished Rocker covers <----------------- I'm actually pretty keen on keeping these but can adjust price if you don't want them

This is perfect for anyone who needs a new head for their RB26 or to store for a rainy day or to even keep in the garage to build up. No cams also means that you can purchase any cam size you want to suit your application.

Would also be perfect for anyone who wants to do a RB30/26 conversion as RB30 blocks can be had for around $150 (half the time I see them get given away for a 6-pack of Jimmys lol)

I was planning on keeping this to slowly build up in the garage to go with my RB30 bottom-end, but shift in circumstances have forced me to sell and stick with my RB25 instead :(

Price: $600 ONO

2:

- RB25 Pink label AFM

- Excellent condition, mesh still intact

- Works perfectly and was only removed due to upgrade to Z32

- Every air filter clean I would give the AFM hot-wire a spray with Electrical Contact Cleaner so it's definetley been well looked after :P

- I believe these can be used on RB26s as an upgrade??

Price: $120 ONO

3:

- 370cc RB25 purple top injectors

- Worked perfectly fine and was only removed to fit 480cc injectors

- Can arrange to have them flow-tested and cleaned if you want (I think it's around $200 or so when I got my 480cc cleaned and tested)

Price: $120 ONO

4:

- Standard R33 GTS-t fuel pump

- Working perfectly and only removed to fit a Bosch 040

- Comes with the little sock attachment on the end (AWESOME!!!)

- Good for the RB25DE non-turbo fellas looking to get a cheap fuel pump capable of some near stock boost level

- Also good for the RB25DET turbo fellas who need a good fuel pump to help narrow down fuel issues (got a car that runs lean? Not sure if your fuel pump playing up? THEN BUY THIS AND GET IT OUTTA MY FACE AND KNOW FOR SURE IF IT'S YOUR FUEL PUMP THAT'S DYING!!)

Price: $50 ONO

5:

- Genuine HKS mushroom air pod filter

- Excellent condition

- No foam chunks missing, all intact

- It's green

- Will also chuck in a pipe so that you can fit it onto your AFM. If I can find a silicon joiner too, then I'll chuck that in as well

Now you can justify having HKS stickers on your car because if you buy this filter, you will ACTUALLY have HKS parts on your car. JDM YO!!

Price: $100 ONO

I also have a bench press/gym set for sale but it's in the non-car related section. Check it out and get buff

I'm looking for these things in particular and I'm sure we can come to an agreement if you want to trade parts for parts or with cash adjustment:

- Plazmaman RB25 intake plenum

- Power FC EL hand controller (the new version that works with all models of PFC)

- If I need anything else, I'll add it to the list. Or just throw me offers of what you got, but do prefer cash or the above two though.

PM me, reply here or contact me on 0402 732 860.

Oh, and don't be afraid to throw me some offers :)

Cheerrs.

hey mate pod filter fit r32 gts-t?

Hey mate, no reason why it shouldn't. The only thing is it doesn't come with a pod filter adaptor for your AFM but they're like $25 or so from Autobarn I believe.

I can have a look around to see if I have a spare one laying around and if I did, it would be for a RB25 but I'm more than happy to chuck it in for a couple of extra bucks so you can try for yourself to see if it fits :)

shot gun head....

Got you first in line bud

All PMs have also been replied to :D

    • Ha, I've never pressed the X in all these years incase it removed the notification for all Admins
    • I don't know, I've never done it that way, but 1. While it is an interference engine, there is still clearance between the valves and the piston at all points in the regular timing cycle 2. There is not a lot of distance before you can't catch the top of the valve stem any more I don't know if 2 is greater or less than 1. But 3. If it doesn't work out you are f**ked, engine is coming out to disassemble so it is a big bet.
    • Semi slicks are horrible for road use, just use a high performance road tyre unless you really need the maximum grip. Noisy, unpredictable (amazing, until they are not), expensive due to very high wear and not good in cold and particular wet. And yes, it is a thing to store cars on stands instead of tyres if you know they are going to be parked up long term.....but who ever realises that a short park is going to stretch into years before it is out again!
    • I know in Australia you'll definitely get above 30c. Parked in the shade in Summer you'll be above that. 😛 But in cooler climates, you might get that warm driving on the highway for a bit, but you'd never get to full heat temp. I'll try and find some of my historical tyre temps between Aus summer and winter (be aware immin the warmer area of Aus too.)
    • I get that taking off the head is best but that's a bit much for "just" valve seals. I was just under the impression that one would be able to rotate to TDC and be able to temporarily drop the valve without losing it and effectively having to remove the head to then recover it. I never knew people actually pushed rope into the cylinder to do valve seals hahaha So just to confirm, just going to TDC will not work? In that case I know when I do valve seals I'll maybe just remove the head and do some other things while I'm there, or just wait until I do an engine build.
