chrischen Posted July 3, 2011 Share Posted July 3, 2011 ive replaced the two main radiator hoses , the radiator and the rear hose near the fire wall and im still losing water. the hoses were real brittel and the radiator had completly shit it self and after changing all that im still having to top up the radiator after every trip . SECURITY Posted July 4, 2011 Share Posted July 4, 2011 There is more than 1 water hose that runs near the firewall. Get under the car and check for leaks. The next thing to check is in the drivers and passengers footwell for water/damp spots. If there is then your heater core is leaking which is behind the dash. As a temporary fix you can run the two pipes coming out of the firewall on the passenger side into each other.
