You do realise these plates cant be sold in NSW lol

Only full custom plates can be sold.

Can I transfer my plates or give them to a friend?

Only Personalised Plus number plates or numeral-only number plates can be transferred, and a transfer fee will apply. All other number plates are transferable only to family members, de facto couples, between vehicles owned by the same company or between companies and employees.

oops, was supposed to post this under WA for sale section, but they're WA plates. and i don't understand why i wouldn't be able to transfer them over to somebody else =s the guy i bought the car from had no relation to me, and all he had to do was sign transfer papers.

That link refers to NSW plates so WA could very well be different. In NSW we cant sell plates like that you can only sell them attached to a car. That sounds like its the same in WA
