R32 Gtr N1 Lip

As the title states i purchased a N1 lip from justjap, and i'm just seeking some advice on how i should go about preparing the fiberglass for paint? What grit sandpaper do you recommend / wet or dry / etc etc?

Also i gave it a test fit and it doesn't fit very well, the holes in the lip to accommodate the spoiler arnt wide enough apart and it can't be pushed in far enough due to contact with the spoiler. Can i sand where required to make it fit? Any advice on how you got yours to fit would be greatly appreciated.

And finally, i don't want to do any drilling. What should i use to attach it to my boot? Some kind of glue / sealant? Again what do you recommend? Preferably something that wont destroy the paint (although i don't think ill remove the lip ever.. )
