Seat Angle Adjuster

Got some new seats put in my car and they sit a bit strange. There ok for a really tall person, which isnt me. The seat leans back too far at the first notch of the adjuster.

So im wondering if anyone knows if you can and how the adjuster might be repositioned so im actually sitting up in my seat?

what type of seat and what type of rail?

It's one of the gtr style seats of just jap and some Nissan rail that came with the seats
