so i pulled my driver side mirror off today to see if i could get the folding motor to work,

post-86035-0-43351600-1317547307_thumb.jpg

pulled it apart and found that the motor itself is ok but the problem lies in the little circuit board, if u plug it up and flick the switch the blue box clicks once and thats it.

is anyone on here a guru with electronics & know a quick fix or can i get a replacement from nissan for a reasonable price

Resolder the boards incase its a dry join. After that if you have an

Iron. Test the components.multimeters are cheap make sure you get one with

A conunity test buzz through test and diode check. Cap will buzz and stop as charged check to see if tops popped up.. Change polarity and buzz again.

Transistor is like a gate will buzz though the legs alternate buzz though legs.

Resistor check is though ohms change setting on meter to check.

Relay is switching, sounds more like cap... Otherwise transistor
