Hi guys. I'm thinking of selling GTR260 with the personalized plates as i don't get to drive it much anymore due to working too much to try keep up with the ever rising cost of living. i bought it stock standard in 2011 from Nagoya imports in sydney with 47805km on the clock (I didnt believe it for a second as it had a sticker in the timing cover saying 98000 timing belt service. since then i have ironed out all the lil problems that annoyed me. it now has: haltech platinum pro plug in xspurt 1000cc injectors GT3582R .82 rear precision 48mm external gate custom stainless steam pipe exhaust manifold by scotts rods 3 1/2'' dump pipe to 4'' metal cat trust 3'' cat back recently fitted australian standards mongoose M80G alarm/imobilizer new rota 18x9 wheels with new federal 595's Mu racing wheel nuts billet surge tank & bosch 044 mounted under car new NPC 10'' carbotic button clutch & billet flywheel ARP flywheel bolts. new genuine rear main seal & spigot bush redline shockproof in the trans new nissanmatic D in the transfer/atessa & power steering new diff fluids front & rear fully reco head cometic head gasket new timing belt , tensioner & idler. all up about $20000 spent on it in the last year and a half. the car is serviced every 5000km's & is making just over 300kw at the rears on high boost with a fairly tame street tune. get roughly 450k's around town and a touch over 540k's on the highway. if anyone is interested I'm looking at offers over $20,000. you are welcome to come have a look if u are in the area. Yeah mate it's perfectly fine, I get my car tuned on a 2wd dyno and the above is all I do! I actually have it hooked up on a switch to make things easier!

25/30 or 26/30 would be best, I have a rb30 for sale if u want a new bottom end, just bolt on whatever head u choose to use, The only issue is I don't think you can use a old model engine in a later model car due to emissions reasons

I'm selling a new OEM built RB30E never been started (sump is still full of clear anti corrosion inhibitor) still on original crate. there are a few small bits n pieces missing such as timing belt & lower timing gear. harmonic balancer, timing covers, thermostat housing & thermostat. if u want to give new life to your r31 or build a standard bottom end 25/30 or 26/30 this will be a cheaper way of getting a new engine. i had intensions of using this for a rb26/30 but things change. if ur are local to me you are welcome to come have a look. I'm not desperate to sell so no low ballers. engine is located in ipswich QLD. Give me a few weeks to build up the confidence to try this clutch again. Don't wana b pulling a box every week.

Npc supplied the clutch. I prefer not to mention the workshop that fitted it originally.. Car is running and driving great. Can't reccommend NPC enough. Great clutches great service

Got the box out over the weekend, problem was as expected, the circlip the retains the throw out bearing was in 2 pieces and bent as a mofo. Took it all to the clutch shop, they replaced the clip, machined the pressure plate and flywheel and repucked the clutch plate with new pucks. Right there and then, No questions asked all for $0. They even gave me a clutch aligning tool aswell. Cannot ask for better service than that. I just finished bolting the box up to the engine, hsve to wait on a few things from Nissan before I can get it driving again.

Gearbox is back in the car, overall it's not as bad a job as I thought. Could be easier with 2 ppl but very doable by yourself
