Hey guys,

I've got a brand new, never used Hypergear T3 .82 500hp turbo for sale. I've used a different turbo after I bought this, and its been sitting around not boosting - and frankly I could use the money. I'll take pics if that'll help - but its a turbo sealed in the box. I don't think its even been opened since being flowed... Its a got a 14 psi actuator as well (which was extra from memory).

So, they retail for $1250 plus the actuator, and you've got to send another turbo to them.

I'll take $850 plus freight.

Located in Brisbane.

Still for sale.

I've tried a bit harder on the ebay ad - so here it is:

Hypergear Hiflow turbo to suit RB25DET.

Its brand new - never installed or used. I went a different direction in the end - and this is surplus to needs. It was built in March, and its a G3.

Its a 500 HP rated Turbo, the front housing has been machined as large as possible, and the rear has been changed for something bigger to accommodate a .82 rear. Its also been fitted with a 14 psi actuator, and comes with lines to suit. Straight bolt in, looks stock and heaps of power.

Retails for around $1250 plus lines, and the actuator, plus you need to send a turbo in to have the treatment.

Bank Deposit - or even better pickup preferred.

This thing is pretty heavy - freight will be worked out upon sale (or get your own sorted). Its NOT included in the price.

Any questions - give me a call on 0418 666 three32.

Located in Brisbane.

Just to repeat - this is a direct bolt in for a RB25det. No, you don't need a different dump pipe, yes it really does fit.

Guys, I'm not interested in playing text 100 times. Real buyers make phone calls. So if you are keen give me a call.

    • I can see between the water jacket and cyl 3 there wasn't a hard line of combustion gas. It certainly appears that the issue is coming from there. Yes, checked the tension. All at 100ft lbs where I set them 5 years ago. These blocks can crack but generally when they have been over bored. Mine is only 0.5mm oversize at 89.5mm. They break between cylinders around the 91mm mark. No sign of that with mine. My gut feeling is the head gasket lifted a while back when the studs stretched and i bandaided it by retorquing the studs. It's finally let go.

    • So, version 4 intake is on its way I was looking at these a while ago but at around $200 or more it was a little pricey for something that might not work, but, I had it in my watch list, but, I got a message saying it was on special, and I had a code thingie to use, it eventually came in at $120 delivered, so BAM, BUY NOW.....LOL I'll need to have a look when it arrives but I feel it will "look" better than what I currently have, as it comes with a PCV fitting, so I will be able to get rid of the alloy pipe that goes to the throttle body with the PCV fitting  Well, that's what the voices in my head are telling me  Oh, and this happened today Yeap, it was a Trojan, and it was cheap, so I headed back to the hardware store and actually spent a little bit more on a heavy duty,  one that was actually recommended by a plumber mate, a Cyclone one with a fibreglass handle that is actually rated for clay The broken shovel will eventually be "modified" into a short handle shovel
