IIRC regarding TE37SL:

•Same forging process/technology...

•Slightly different material mixture...

•Different Casts which yields similar "strength" & results lesser "weight"...

•Even Rays confirms The Original TE37 is a superior Wheel overall...

•TE37SL was introduced with a lower RRP before Original TE37 was discontinued.

Someone in the know correct me if im wrong...

Beautiful wheels & GLWS dude...

I know TE37 definately discontinued for BMW fitment as my brother tried to source a New set for his E92 335i and couldnt get the right pcd & bore direct from Rays Volks Authorised Dealers Locally & in Japan.

So wasnt sure 100% about TE37 in other fitments...

In saying that tho Nengun & RHD are still taking orders on thier pages so they must be still available but waiting time etc, Supplier Markup, Shipping, Import Duties & Taxes still apply...

Considering Rays wants ¥84,000 per Rim in 18x10.5 +22 (Not including Supplier Markup, Shipping, Duties & Taxes)

These are actually well price for new items without waiting close to 3 months, the price speaks for itself...

Heres the TE37 Pricing Guide:

Other Discontinued TE37 & Variants:

TE37 Cup - Discontinued

LE37 - Discontinued (Limited Edition)

TE37 Time Attack - Discontinued (Limited Run)

Anyways let the man sell his wheels...

    • Hopefully you can just unbolt them, thank them for their service, then bin them and not replace them Apparently the sensors like to set them off with only minor impacts at low speed It looks like they do a delete kit for some of these, but, it is costly
    • I hope it's actually possible. This is a write off in insurance world.
    • Yup. 2-way with shallow ramp angles. Still works.
    • That was the first session so not a lot to take from the day. It was low 20s ambient and the coolant had got to 110 (and obviously had some pressure!) so that still needs to be addressed. I haven't downloaded the data yet but will. I had refilled the auto trans with Redline DT6 because it claimed the best viscosity I could find at 100o. It wasn't really long enough to get a good feel for that; while the trans got to 100o in the session it still wasn't shifting crisply as I hoped. I think I'll try a few more sessions before judging. No steering motor overheat but I'd hope not in only 1 session! But finally the suspension; it was night and day over the standard stuff and the car was a couple of seconds quicker on the same crappy tyres, which is a huge difference. I'll stick with that and get some sway bars and a mechanical diff sorted too and see how that all goes together
