Skyline Op6 Highflow Turbo, Exhaust, Bc Coilovers, Cat, Hks Pod, Hks Boost Controller, New Bosch 040 And More

Recommended Posts

Hi guys,

I'm putting up for sale some parts off my car that I have recently put back to standard as I will be selling the car. All parts have less than 10,00k's on them and some even less than 5,00k's as the car was not used as a daily. Can organize postage at buyers expense and can organize times to look at the parts.

Call Daniel on 0405004111 or PM me if your interested in any of these parts

1. OP6 High flow turbo, bush bearing, no actuator. Bolts straight in and looks standard, don't know the exact size but it is good for 230-250 Kw at the wheels (obviously depending on what supporting mods you have). Done around 6,000k's since rebuild with these internals, in perfect condition, never had any issues with it and was working perfectly in my car before I took it off. I know it will fit R33 and 34 for sure, not 100% sure on R32 so you should check yourself. $700 ono

2. BC BR series coilovers, 8/6 spring rates, base height adjustable, 32 was compression/rebound adjustment, Fit R33 GTS25T. Done around 5,000K's on these and they are in great condition and never been used on the hardest setting so nothing is blown. Good combination for street and light track work. I bought these new but will sell for $850 ono

who was the turbo rebuilt and hiflowed by mate? and do you have the receipt for the work?

Any dyno sheets showing power/ boost level?

Never had the car on the dyno as I never put an aftermarket computer on there. I had a friend who was running the same turbo on RB25 and he was making around 250 RWKW on somewhere around 20psi, but this is all depending on your supporting modifications of course.

Hi,

I am just about to buy some new BC coilovers but may consider used items if the price is right. I notice you say "Done around 5,000K's on these and they are in great condition and never been used on the hardest setting so nothing is blown." From that comment I assume that they blow the seals out if set to the harder setting? Thats OK, I only need them for street use and will keep them on the softest setting. Considering that they are only good set for soft use on the street and will likely fail if set for any harder, I think they are worth offering $400.

Kind Regards

Hi there,

I say this as I have heard of people blowing there coil over by having them set to had and hitting big bumps, i only used them for street use so I am just saying they are in full working order with no problems. They are more than capable of being used on harder settings just like a now set of coilovers so I believer my asking price is pretty reasonable as a $1300 set of new ones is going to be in exactly the same condition.

Thanks,

keen on the dump pipie and poat.to 2880

cheers

Hi Mate,

Sorry but the dump pipe and the cat have both been sold together.

Thanks,

040 and associated items have been sold.

Boost controller, pod and coil overs are still for sale

    • Hi, SteveL Thank you very much for your reply, you seem to be the only person on the net who has come up with a definitive answer for which I am grateful. The "Leak" was more by way of wet bubbles when the pedal was depressed hard by a buddy while trying to gey a decent pedal when bleeding the system having fitted the rebuilt BM50 back in the car, which now makes perfect sense. A bit of a shame having just rebuilt my BM50, I did not touch the proportioning valve side of things, the BM50 was leaking from the primary piston seal and fluid was running down the the Brake booster hence the need to rebuild, I had never noticed any fluid leaking from that hole previously it only started when I refitted it to the car. The brake lines in the photo are "Kunifer" which is a Copper/Nickel alloy brake pipe, but are only the ones I use to bench bleed Master cylinders, they are perfectly legal to use on vehicles here in the UK, however the lines on the car are PVF coated steel. Thanks again for clearing this up for me, a purchase of a new BMC appears to be on the cards, I have been looking at various options in case my BM50 was not repairable and have looked at the HFM BM57 which I understand is manufactured in Australia.
    • Well the install is officially done. Filled with fluid and bled it today, but didn't get a chance to take it on a test drive. I'll throw some final pics of the lines and whatnot but you can definitely install a DMAX rack in an R33 with pretty minor mods. I think the only other thing I had to do that isn't documented here is grind a bit of the larger banjo fitting to get it to clear since the banjos are grouped much tighter on the DMAX rack. Also the dust boots from a R33 do not fit either fyi, so if you end up doing this install for whatever reason you'll need to grab those too. One caveat with buying the S15 dust boots however is that the clamps are too small to fit on the R33 inner tie rod since they're much thicker so keep the old clamps around. The boots also twist a bit when adjusting toe but it's not a big deal. No issues or leaks so far, steering feels good and it looks like there's a bit more lock now than I had before. Getting an alignment on Saturday so I'll see how it feels then but seems like it'll be good to go
    • I don't get in here much anymore but I can help you with this.   The hole is a vent (air relief) for the brake proportioning valve, which is built into the master cylinder.    The bad news is that if brake fluid is leaking from that hole then it's getting past the proportioning valve seals.   The really bad news is that no spare parts are available for the proportioning valve either from Nissan or after market.     It's a bit of a PITA getting the proportioning valve out of the master cylinder body anyway but, fortunately, leaks from that area are rare in my experience. BTW, if those are copper (as such) brake lines you should get rid of them.    Bundy (steel) tube is a far better choice (and legal  in Australia - if that's where you are).
