Are these genuine R33 GTR wheels? Can you prove these wheel's authenticity? Because on closer inspection these seem to be fake.

Real stuff, markings around hub.

Yours, not to mention how the spokes end.

If they're genuine.. cool, but I was notified to be cautious about them.

Very well picked up Adam. Compared to your pic, These wheels also don't have the Nissan logo and numbers in the centre near the wheel stud holes.

Also looking at the wheel closely the spokes near the wheel studs are more rounded compared to Adams r33gtr rim pic and Adams Gtr rim pic shows this inner spoke is more like a v and not U shaped.

Bob San?

hmm good point Adam, im not too sure myself. i took these in as a trade in, from a guy with a S15. (i have pics with them on his car).

i could not confirm if these were genuine or not because the wheels had been resprayed. The back of the wheel says the measurements, not sure if that helps.

i did not intend to mislead anyone, i was just passing on the infomation her told me. But i think at this stage it would be safe to assume these are replicas.

Probably put these on hold for now, so not for sale anymore.

    • Ha ha ha, that's fair mate! We have the crackhead dogs now. Mainly because the missus wants the crazy dogs while she still has the energy and capacity to be able to keep up with them! Ha ha our current two are both Working GSD, there brothers and sisters (from the same litters) are in Police, Corrective Services, and I believe one did end up in defence force too. They're wild and fun, yet right now, both curled up asleep on the lounge room floor while we watch some TV. Mal is very likely the next dog (unless I get my couch potato guardian dog 😛 )   What are your Kitties names? Are you planning some house work, like those high kitty shelves, built in scratching post, and some cat passages from one room to another room?
    • Maine Coone, did look at but to big and fluffy As for performance dogs, we had Mals at work, performance dogs are fun to watch, but, way to much work for this old rooster
    • Yep, it was only an option on the Q50 Hybrid.  Same in Japan as far as I know. And doesn't use a centre diff like the Suby's do, so not the same as the WRX.  But it also isn't a reactive AWD like other Nissan AWD vehicles are, eg. Murano/Xtrail/etc.
    • You should have got a Maine Coone then. Only thing is they're big. But so cool, and just like a dog. Or, just get yourself a high performance dog. That'll teach you for wanting Parkour indoors 😛
    • Are you thinking of Bens R32? I don't remember if his went through the bonnet itself, but it went through the chassis rail. Brad (RISKIN) bought it, and turned it into a track car. It's funny how anti people are of Jim Berry now. I remember when I pulled mine out (during an engine change) and inspected it and found it cracking badly. At that point in time so many people were even on SAU, were so pro Jim Berry, and that was after Bens GTR exploded his quite publically.
