Well for 16000 you could get...

r32 Gtst - heaps to be had out there if you really wanted a skyline, but in my opinion if its not a GTR dont waste your money.

Holden Astra - 2001/2000 Dont laugh, i just bought a 2002 Astra sedan auto as a daily driver and im wrapped in it. Air con is awesome, is a revy little motor, very comfy and drives great ..... also insurance is cheap.

Nissan Pulsar - around same vintage as above

Astina - i hear there also good cars.

What about a vt commadore ??? nice big luxo car, go pretty good, etc...

u should be able to pick one up for about 12-14k

they offered us 5.5k trade on our protege last yr, we sed "no thanx" so we kept it

most of the 98 proteges ive seen for sale r around the 12k mark

so an astina shouldnt be too far off that

hope that helps

    • It's all about the socialisation of the dogs. In that first 8 to 16 weeks of age they need to be taught to be nice and friendly with everything. That way they generalise it to everything. That said, some days you'll just never beat genetics, but 99% of the time dogs chasing cats is purely lack of socialisation, and then the chasing part can turn into prey drive.
