So I need some fuel system parts. Not much going on here in Canada or the US as far as I can find.

Torques U.K (ebay shop) sells what I'm after but I can't find reliable reviews. Are their parts really comparable to Aeroquip/earls and are their pumps legit Bosch 044s? Thanks guys.

Setup is overkill for 600whp but our tuners suck as does our fuel lol need to go rich.

They would have everything but a cooler fo me...

Another option is a locally (well, to us anyway) and very trusted company "Motorsport Connections" in Seven Hills in Sydney. http://www.mscn.com.au/Scripts/prodList.asp

Just an option for you as these guys have heaps of good reviews so if you dont use ebay and need a back up it's a great place to start.

Ah good stuff. They seem to have what I'm after but can't seem to find what make of hose and fittings they use. I currently have earls lines and need the Teflon lines for the trunk only so it all has to fr snug.

Can't seem to find many -8 fittings for earls -8 Teflon lines...

On that note, maybe someone can confirm what I'm thinking here. I've done some searching but didnt come up with much. My car is modded a fair bit but the fuel worries me...

So, for 650whp (so I don't have to upgrade a 3rd time when I change the turbo down the road), will twin -6An feeds (out of twin 044s/ 3L swirl pot) and -8 return be ok for flow? Using HKS fuel rail and ID 1000cc injectors with tomei lift pump.

Would I need a -10 return?

Back on topic, anyone recommend a good fuel cooler for the -8 or -10 return? Checking out setrab for a cooler.

Our tuners around here get us into the low 10 to high 9:1 afr (on 94 pump) at wot, so my fuel is taxed haha

I ordered teflon fuel lines from Torques UK after my locally supplied teflon hoses leaked continuously. His ones have been fine for over a year running e85, never leaked once. I run twin Walbro's, twin -6 lines with a single -6 return and fuel pressures are fine.

Make sure you always match the fittings with the same brand of hose, eg. if you have Earls lines get Earls fittings.

I need to look into a fuel cooler myself if anyone has information on them.

Ah thanks for the feedback on torques. So when you say locally, what shop or make of hose was that (you can pm if it'll insult someone on a public forum...)

As for the fittings, I plan on using the hose ends sold with the hose but will attempt to transition to my earls front lines with unions....... Might have us O ringed -an threads...

My that's a small return. When you idle or cruise, doesn't 99% of the fuel return? Those pumps should be overkill on a single -6 (return) no?

PM'd

If you look at the hole in the bottom of the reg you will realise the -6 line is plenty but you can use -8 if you're worried. Like I said I have no issues with my setup.

    • 21 is explicitly the coils detected as the issue. Is it guaranteed the actual issue? No. Just the ECU thinks it is. When you say rattling, describe it better, get an audio clip as best you can if possible.
    • Yea got me coppers. Bad news is I just put them in and the car still has the light and shakes. I also noticed I hear like rattling coming from the exhaust piping right under me. Does 21 also have a possibility of being O2 sensors?   So, coil packs are good, the harness is good, the MAF is working, and obviously the spark plugs just replaced and working.
    • Make sure you drop the GTT base tune back in, and set your injectors again, this will remove anything playing up with it you may have removed. Possibly lean there as it's normally a fast transient going THROUGH atmospheric pressure, and a turbo motor would then quickly go richer as boost builds. The only worry you MIGHT have is ignition timing, as the DE is higher compression than the DET from memory. But again, you're not in boost, so the DE motor will be a lot more forgiving at atmospheric.   Get Murray, Kinkstahs, and Johnny's input on tuning haltechs, those guys have played with tuning enough in the past to be able to help now you're past the trouble shooting stage of the MAP issue
    • @Rusty NutshI mate. Do you have a pinout diagram for the na neo auto ecu?
    • Yeah thats the plan now. 🤞
