I tried to buy one of these also. After a few months I gave up & had to buy a new one. Hopefully you may have more luck than I did.

Are you sure it works with a V35? Different parts of the world use different frequencies for their car remotes.

I agree with sonicii. I've been caught by this before. Our keys are 314.9 MHz. Most US and AU Nissan keys are 315MHz.

I've even looked into replacing the resonator but couldn't find a suitable replacement.

I got mine from Nissan, who imported it from Japan and they programmed it to my car, working fine.

I was caught with a J31 maxima remote (which looks identical to the pic in the above ebay item). It was on ebay and came from hong kong and the seller told me it will be fine for an Australian Maxima, but when it arrived, I couldn't get it to work. I cracked it open and found the crystal was something like 415Mhz, and my original remote was around 385Mhz. Fortunatly the seller was happy to refund.

If I were you I would get a new one from Japan, or a 2nd hand one from a wrecker (from a V35)

I have a 2004 v35 coupe, and also bought from US the big 4 button remote and didn't work, tried some wreckers here in melbourne but nothing, actually i got the key shell and already got cut, i need the transponder and the electronic board. Any good dealer in melbourne? I heard Ferntree Gully nissan is good, how much cost the electronic board and the transponder from dealer?
