I work for vicroads and thought i'd put it out there on here that if anyone need a little help or advice then i'll be happy to lend a hand from reg enquiries to licence issues, ill see what i can do to help.

Roadworthys are done by mechanics not vicroads so thats a big no on the rwc

If a mechanic happens to write a RWC for a RB25 in a S Chassis. Whats stopping it going through? Say you get a dumb inspector at vicroads who identifies engine number on block to RWC engine number and thinks nothing of it as it has nissan on the coilpack cover?

Do you manually put in details on computer and it won't 'allow' to have an 'RB' engine code put in or could it be overlooked?

The fact VicRoads clearly list it as a VASS requirement for a non factory option engine to require a VASS?

A RWC simply does not cut it.
