Hi Guys

Purchased a 1997 Skyline GTS25T Series 2 on Saturday , intro thread here :

http://www.skylinesa...03#entry6385203

My question is , will these rims fit on my stock r33 skyline series 2. I know I probably need to get the fenders rolled but other then that , will I have issues with fitment for the rear?

They are Volk SF Challenge Zero's , old school volk wheel , came out in 97'

Front :

18x9.0 +45 235 tyres

235offset.jpg

Rear:

18x10.0 +48 275 tyres

offset275.jpg

Yes Ive seen offset calcultors , tyre calculators etc but i can never seem to work it out correctly , just not that mechanically minded.

Would more of the experienced be able to chip in and tell me if wheels with this width and offset is likely to give me a problem.

Offset is too high and they will undertrack the vehicle.

Bolt on spacers needed! (About 25mm should do the trick providing wheel hub mount and wheel stud lengths allow)

you might need some spacers to clear the calipers maybe, pretty high offset

thanks for the advice guys , will look into these options

Like the other fella's said, the offset is far too high for it to look any good. It may also hit the suspension / subframe etc..

The width's are spot on. Correct with spacers if you wish, or look for the same widths with offset's between +18-22.

Any q's, drop me a PM.

    • I mean, the 240i is not a Supra... make it drop a few hundred kg, have a sportscar chassis, clearance for wheels etc... Maybe I want a hardtop Z40i XDrive or something :p I do agree with you though and have long said the B58 Supra/240i/340i/440i is the new R Chassis/JDM90's turbo rocket for mod lovers to ... not always appreciative response lol. Doesn't make it not true though.
    • I will do the build myself but I will be paying for the tune because I don't know how much about that and would rather it be done right and by a professional
    • Will you build and tune it yourself or do you need to pay for labour?
    • Mechanically that's essentially what the M240i is, it's just not pretending it's not a BMW
