yea i think thats what im going to do hey.. sounds really fun.

and how else can you have proper races for such a low price..

very keen!

It makes a LOT of sense.... I am still going to do it the hard way and race the nugget this year, i've come too far too turn back now lol

my tyres cost me 500 bucks they've lasted so long and have much more in them

Allll i heard was "Gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay

Do a skid you kent!

You dont see them calling stuff Powerburnouts you numpty :P

So therefore its a feckin skid!

Summernats is pretty bad tho! Will be out punishing the car at Powercruise tho!

i buy used tyres for the rear of the skyline. i pay 50 bucks per tyre fitted in morriset and then the tyre lasts me up to 3 months.

There is a difference between a cheap tyre and a decent cheap tyre :P I would NOT want to drive mine on a set of $50 specials lol

Entered my mighty boy. Got pulled over 3 times on the way down. No defects. There was alot of bogans there tho.

Were they kents about it? Did they go over your car or treat you any differently to a normal RBT due to the Summernats?

    • Despite the level up question, actually I do know what that is....it is a pressure sender wire.  So check out around the oil filter for an oil pressure sender, or maybe fuel pressure near the filter or on the engine. Possibly but less likely coolant pressure sensor because they tend to be combined temp/pressure senders if you have one. Could also be brake pressure (in a brake line somewhere pre ABS) but maybe I'm the only one that has that on a skyline.
    • Pull codes via the self-diagnosis procedure. As far as I can tell this is just a sign of transmission issues but not a code unto itself.
    • Hi All, putting the engine back together and everything is perfect except have this plug left over.. any ideas what it is for and where it goes? Is on cold side under the intake plenum *note not a stock plug, as everything has been modified Cheers
    • Sounds like a misfire. Check fuel pressure and don't even think about going into boost while it's like this unless you enjoy engine rebuilds.
