R30 Hard To Start When Its Raining

This is mt third R30, and the only one to have this problem.

When the weather is fine, hot or cold, the L24E starts first kick, every time. When its raining, if the car is outside, its a pig that cant fly.

After much cranking it finally gets going on what sounds like one cylinder. Spits and farts, stops, gets restarted and this is repeated several times. Then after a few minutes of this, it suddenly goes on all six. Away we go, stop for shopping etc., and restarts first kick, all day. Next wet day its away with the faries again.

Any valid idea?????

wiring getting wet from sides of bonnet either fusebox if its where a c210 one is or the coil.

Could be, but why now?

Anyway was very hard to start Fri and Sat would not even fire, even though it did not rain. Yesterday another fine day started first kick.

Looks like I will have to clean out the garage.

WD40 it. Then like Socs said check coil/leads and maybe fuel pump..?

Had some spare plug leads. Rained a bit last night and it started first kick.
