Auto Trans Issues.

the drive light on the gear selection panel of the dash board, seems to have a mind of its own. sometimes its on, sometimes its off.

the power light on the power/snow switch will some times come on with out the bottun being pressed soon as i turn the power swithch on then off again it turns off the light.

these here be gremlins? or is the box trying to tell me something......its not driving any differently, i did have to top the oil up in the box after a radiator change, and not knowing what oil was in there i went for a shell model, now when the oil was low, i had no power steering and the power light flashed when i turned it on or off. all seems fine now except the drive light and power light issues?!

its all good! i have a left leg..... it just doesn't work properly! auto's are a must for the next few years unfortunately!

I have a 94 auto also, and the D light on my dash cluster does the same thing. Let me know if u track down the cause.

buddy, thought i had it cracked. had it serviced and it went away. but i drove to work this morning and it didnt come on at all!!! baffled.

I'm thinking condensation behind the dash is, or has caused a short/bad earth.

its stange cos' every other light on the dash gearbox bit works apart from drive!
