that's the same seller i bought my r1-t pwr from, very well dealt with and its the cheapest deal i found im sure his rII-2 is the cheapest too...

And the burning question is, how does it sound? It might be the way to go if this Megan Racing muffler doesn't ship from Sonic Motorsports by the end of the week as promised. I've been waiting for 3 months for them to receive stock!

Has anyone looked here or worked with these guys? Their prices seem pretty good and seem to have a decent level of variety. Being a store, they may add a level of consumer protection.

KingManu23....let me know if you are getting the MD set up....I was just on the phone with them last Xmas but I decided to buy my wife something.

But if you are getting one now we can have a chat with Tony and maybe get a discount when we order two system

B in Sydney

The guy who installed it said it was pretty tight to fit, had a few issues with it touching parts but got it sorted. Took two of them around 5 hours.

Another issue i've noticed is that the lowest part of the exhaust are the clamps just before the muffler type things, and they sometimes scrape. Only once has the clamp come undone though. (they're extremely high quality).

Alternatively, let me stay unique

I got it on mine if you've forgotten. :)

Yeah the clamps are the lowest part and do get scraped, but my car is pretty low. The good thing is that you can always replacement them with ease, rather than replacing whole piece and reweld because of bolted flanges.

Wait, man you know i'm joking right? i just made a joke about the name Megan Racing by calling other mods girls names.

I was finishing up a long day at work (2am) and quite frankly, nothing surprises me with product names these days. Forgive my retarded thought processes.

    • @GTSBoy This method was able to get readings of -10 to -2, so it looks like its monitoring.  Now I need to figure out why the vacuum on the line provided isn't alternating with manifold pressure.  I went with 2 lines that an RB25 tuner recommended but I'll get a longer hose and try directly off the back of the manifold.  He may have been used to OEM intake setups while I have a DBW setup that removed the MAF and IACV.
    • I work at a car detailing and tinting shop called Quark which gets all manner of German cars in usually (mainly due to a contract with Mercedes Benz Kita Osaka, BMW Nishinomiya and others) but every once in a while something special comes in, like a fully restored 1972 HS30 Nissan Fairlady 240ZG... The shop owner had immediately started applying film to the windows as soon as it was in the shop so the interior was completely covered in towels and plastic sheets. But I could get a few photos of the engine bay which was restored like new. Such an amazing car to see in pristine condition in Japan these days.
    • Was going to say the car pulls up nicely everywhere, especially going into that last long right hander before the main straight. Looks like a lot of fun.
    • Hey Dave, welcome aboard! Good to see another soon-to-be Stagea owner here. The wagons are awesome — plenty of space, still got that Skyline DNA, and loads of potential if you’re into mods. Definitely post up pics when you get it, everyone here loves seeing new builds. What model/year are you looking at?
