Offset has nothing to do with brake clearance. Think about it. The hub face of the wheel touches the hub face of the rotor, regardless of the offset. What determines whether the wheels hit the calipers is diameter (for clearance to the rim itself) and the shape/curvature/thickness of the spokes.

Oh fair enough, makes more sense now! I was told by the wheel rep that +30's wouldnt clear brakes and +22's would! I didnt really get it haha
