Rb25Det Exhaust Manifold

Hi all,

Thinking about upgrading my exhaust/turbo manifold on my rb25det in my R32. It's currently running a standard manifold and a garret GT30(71 or 76, not sure). Can anyone recommend a decent and worthwhile upgrade for under $500? I don't want to have to retune the car yet either will this be an issue?
