Fully Forged Custom Built RB31det

Thats correct, this is NOT a spelling mistake.

RB30 block,

1mm oversized Wiseco Pistons (K20 from Larry Widmer),

2mm stroked crankshaft

ARP main studs and head studs

Carrillo conrods with EDM holes(ex NASCAR) fitted with genuine 3/8” Carr bolts

Reconditioned R32 GTR oil pump,

Fully Ported and Polished NEO cylinder head

Performance Valve Springs (Lewis Engines)

Custom winged and baffled sump to fit R34

ACL Race Series Bearings throughout

MLSR Steel Shim Head Gasket

Custom paint job (orange and low gloss black)

Block has been stripped, chemically cleaned, bored, honed, line bored, etc

Carrillo con rods have been crack tested, resized, honed, aligned.

Crankshaft has been crack tested, stroked 2mm, Mains -.010" micro-polished, drilled and tapped for removable bungs and oil pump drive collar has been fitted.

RB25 Neo Cylinder Head has been fully ported and polished, seats cut and valves faced and back cut, cams polished, tappets reset, custom made adjustable cam gears on both inlet and exhaust camshafts, VCT re-routed to operate, tappet cover baffles removed and custom breathers added and baffles redrilled.

Engine has been professionally built using brand new water pump, tensioners, cam belt, relocated tensioner bolt, pistons, rings, etc, etc

Engine has been professionally assembled using only the best of parts. But unfortunately circumstances have changed and my pride and joy must go.

This is a bargain, has cost me well over the selling price to get this engine to the state it is at today.

There is probably more to the build that I have forgotten to mention but safe to say that if it could be done, it probably has been done.

PM me with any questions or requesting photos. Cheers.

Looking for around 10,000NZD or 8,000AUD
