On adelaidenow today,

Police said two off duty officers saw the stolen Nissan Skyline pulling into a supermarket carpark, just off of Brighton Rd at Seacliff, at 8pm.

They watched the driver get out of the car, wearing gloves, and walking towards the supermarket as the owners were closing up for the night.

The officers pulled up behind the stolen car and approached the driver.

He ran back to the stolen car and locked the doors.

One of the officers smashed the driver's side window to arrest the man, but he reversed into their car before driving off.

The officer suffered minor cuts to his hands.

Police continue to look for the stolen car.

The public are warned not to approach the car if they see the Black 1994 Nissan Skyline with registration BB658S but call the Police Assistance line on 131 444 or report their information to crime stoppers on 1800 333 000.

just read this from yesterdays !

A MAN armed with a "sharp object" stole a car from another man at Christies Beach.

The driver had parked his car on Dyson Rd, near the intersection of Erin St, about 9.15pm last night, when a man opened the driver's side door and threatened him with what was described as a sharp object.

The offender then drove off in the victim's car - a black 1994 Nissan Skyline, registration BB-658S - north along Dyson Rd.

He was described as Caucasian, aged in his 30s, of skinny build, with short light-brown hair and wearing a dull orange jacket and cream trousers.

Anyone with information about this incident should contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or at www.sa.crimestoppers.com.au.

Orange jacket and cream trousers....... sounds like a real psycho

Anyone caught wearing that outside is out of their mind.

Why must people persist on stealing others pride and joy? I dont think many crimes dictate the death penalty... but car theft that's a different story.

Orange jacket and cream trousers armed with a "sharp object" ....... sounds like a real psycho

Is this the prick

Thats fkn gold ! ...... well orange and cream !

    • So.... the K&N air box thingo was too big, ended up gifting it to a mate, well, by gifting it he actually supplied food and beer at the pub,  which was nice, as it will not sit on a shelf in the garage for the next 10 years I did trim up some of the existing stuff to neaten it all up and gave it some wrinkle paint, unfortunately it currently has a used and abused mish mash of different types of hose clamps, 4 big fat T bolt type (shit), and a few normal clamps of vairing sizes and brands, but..... only until the 6 constant tension black worm clamps that I ordered from EFI solutions turn up next week Currently the current hose clamps are triggering me hard, LOL Is this the final version, probably not, I really want just 2 silicone pieces, a straight bit of silicone from the filter to the MAF is easy and will happen as soon as I head into Just Jap tomorrow, the problematic part is a 30° silicone bend from the MAF to the TB that I can connect the engine breather from the head, I found that there are bulk head fittings for boat bilge pumps that should work, but until I can get a 30° silicone bend the alloy pipe, and the 11ty thousand hose clamps, are there for the foreseeable future 4 hose clamps are golden, 6 are grudgingly acceptable, the 8 currently holding it all together is just taking the piss    I've also ordered 60 more retaining wall blocks for the front yard, I mis-gonculated the height that was required to get above the base of the Photinia's (red robin's) that are the hedge behind the front fence, currently it is 2 blocks high, and about 1/2 a block short, so going 3 blocks high will be above the base of the red robin's, and allow some room for mulch
