Need A Run Down On Deleting Abs.

Hey guys,

Can anyone with experience tell me what the go is ?

I am completely stripping the engine bay for paint and as I fear my ABS has got a leak that it would be easier just to get rid of it as I understand it's almost not worth it having it repaired ?

Has anyone got any experience with

A:

Legality of ABS removal

B:

ABS system repair.

My 33 S2 does not have abs but in a past life it was an NA as well

but yes defectable, not sure how they could actually tell if you originally had abs or not though
